Rozental outlined the scenario of deteriorating relations between Mexico and the United States since President Donald Trump's inauguration. He presented the key domestic and foreign mistakes of the current American istration and the myths created by the istration in relation to Mexico. Rozental also suggested that Mexico is willing to listen to the US and Canada's demands in relation to the expected renegotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), except if these demands require a substantial change to the agreement's fundamental free trade concept.

CEBRI Breaking News #4 delves into the content discussed at Rozental's lecture, which ended with a strong indication that it is time for Mexico and Brazil to deepen their relationship, especially in the economic and business areas.
