In order to increase investments in infrastructure and improve their quality, concrete steps must be taken to rebuild the country’s image and international reputation, with a focus on the environmentand the Amazon region. It is essential to have a medium- and long-term perspective, and consider the modernization of infrastructure a policy objective of successive governments. It is expected that the new istration will bring a new posture and decisive actions to regain the country’s credibility, the OECD and thereby adhere to its rules of good governance, including in of transparency and anti-corruption, and steer the country towards a more open, inclusive, sustainable and competitive economy. 1nk4b
