Honorary President of CEBRI, Fernando Henrique Cardoso, participated in the roundtable on March 20th "Brazil in a Changing World" at the event that marked the inauguration of the think tank's headquarters in Rio de Janeiro. According to the Honorary President, the ability to debate as well as guaranteeing an improvement in living conditions to the population, are of utmost importance, albeit difficult to achieve for most Brazilians.
