On November 26th, CEBRI organized, in partnership with the Instituto Escolhas and the Center for Integration and Development Studies (CINDES), a debate on Food Diplomacy, analyzing the insertion of Brazil in the international arena that regulates the production and commercialization of food. 4p1c43

In addition to discussing international trends in the regulation of trade in agricultural products and the spaces that Brazil occupies in the main decision-making bodies, the roundtable discussed the prospects for the future of Brazilian agriculture, considering disruptive technologies, climate change and changes in consumption patterns.

The Senior Fellows of CEBRI and Directors of CINDES, Sandra Rios and Pedro da Motta Veiga, presented on the topic together with Leane Cornet, Associate Researcher at CINDES and Sergio Leitão, Executive Director of Instituto Escolhas. The debate included Daniela Lerda, CEBRI Senior Fellow and CLUA Coordinator, Jaqueline Ferreira, Institutional Coordinator of Instituto Escolhas and was moderated by Izabella Teixeira, CEBRI Senior Fellow.
